Based on the room you choose. If needed, we carry out an assessment before admission, at no extra charge.

Deposit and check-in date

Pay the booking deposit and confirm the check-in date. The deposit is refundable.

Balance on check-in

Pay the balance on check-in, by online bank transfer or credit card.

Documents required

  • The resident's IC
  • A medical report or hospital discharge summary
  • Their medication list and current medication

What to bring

  • Clothing
  • Toiletries
  • Medication
  • Personal items

Please make sure residents do not bring cash or valuables.

Admission can be within 24 hours, subject to availability of the chosen room type.
